The St. Michael-Eppan Winery, founded in 1907, is today one of the most renowned wineries in South Tyrol and Italy. With 320 members who cultivate their vineyards in harmony with nature, the cooperative pursues the secret of its success through a combination of decades of experience and the constant pursuit of perfection. The terroir, respectful handling of the grapes, and careful processing guarantee unique, characterful wines.

The vineyards in and around Eppan, in particular, offer ideal conditions for varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Gold, and Pinot Noir. The mild, sunny climate at the lower elevations along the Wine Route is ideal for structured red wines.

The winery's wines are characterized by finesse, elegance, depth, and longevity. This applies to both the larger production, such as the "Sanct Valentin" line, and top-quality wines such as APPIUS and "The Wine Collection," with which the winery has earned a worldwide reputation and won awards.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
