This beautiful avenue, surrounded by pollard willows, takes you to the IJsselvliedt estate. The IJsselvliedt estate covers approximately 240 hectares, of which 60 hectares consists of forest. The estate houses the stately main building, a coach house, the caretaker's house, an orangery, various farms and an atmospheric courtyard. The arboretum, the pinetum and the unique star forest are also part of the grounds. In addition, the striking dovecote on the other side of the Zuiderzeestraatweg is part of the estate. The largest part of the grounds, with the exception of the main building and the courtyard, is freely accessible to visitors.
