The Municipal Casino of San Pellegrino is a magnificent example of Liberty style.
Together with the Thermal Baths and the Grand Hotel, the Casino from the beginning of the 1900s represented a great attraction for wealthy personalities in search of recreation and entertainment.
Closed and reopened several times, it definitively ceased its activity in 1946.

Today, after renovation, it houses the reception and buffet area of QC Terme, which organizes guided tours and events on certain days of the week.
