If you want to see graffiti, make a detour to the Bostelbeker Hauptdeich. With a little luck you can look over the shoulder of one or the other sprayer and be there when the works are created and that is always impressive.
Disadvantage: I also found it rather trashy - old paint residues, spray cans unfortunately adorn the dyke and roadside... :-(
