According to the legend. Jason undertakes the task of returning the golden fleece, from Colchis. For this accomplishment he invites all the brave heroes of his area who were known as the "ARGONAUTS", in order to accompany him on this huge adventure. The vessel was built by Argo's, from whom it also took its name "ARGO".
This Vessel was reconstructed from Volos Municipality under the supervision of the Institute "Navdomos".
