The mountain range around Parnassus (also known as Parnassos) is a place full of pristine nature and inspiration of ancient poetry. The highest peak of the mountain range is Liakoura (Λιάκουρα) at 2,455 meters, followed by Tsárkos (Τσάρκος) at 2,415 meters and the Jerontóvrachos (Γεροντόβραχος) with 2,395 meters.
