Locronan is a charming town with granite houses which make it one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France”. Initially, it was a locality once chosen by the Celts as a crossing point on a sacred route. Later, the city grew from weaving boat sails in the 14th century.

Today, the city's attractions attract curious people looking for pretty places to discover. Not to be missed on site: the cobbled streets in which it is pleasant to stroll away from cars and a kouign-Amann found in one of the bakeries in the heart of the city.

The medieval, car-free village is worth seeing. During the day it is very crowded with tourists. In the evening it is quiet and you can enjoy the place in the evening light. The 14th-century Saint Ronan Church is also a real highlight.
