Cukrownia Kluczewo in Stargard (Kluczewo district, ul. Władysława Broniewskiego 23) is one of the oldest and largest industrial plants in the region, operating since 1884. It belongs to Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A. (producer of the Polski Cukier brand) and is famous for its gigantic sugar silo, 57 meters high and with a capacity of 50 thousand tons.

The sugar factory started its first beet campaign in 1884. Initially, the plant produced only yellow sugar (the so-called raw sugar), and raw materials were imported only from the surrounding villages. During World War II, the sugar factory was a workplace for prisoners of war of various nationalities, including Poles, French, Russians and Yugoslavs who were prisoners of the Stalag II D camp.

Currently, the sugar factory belongs to Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa. It is the only sugar factory in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
