This pub is a tonic. It is like it is from a different time. No bar as such, just a simple serving hatch. Queues can be long, but service is prompt and efficient. There's a good range of mostly local ales which changes frequently. A gastro pub it is not and the menu is very limited. Enjoyed several rather nice pasties from there, taking in the great atmosphere. The coastline, location and views are tremendous. And if you are interested, they also have their own small museum of local fossil finds. Every pub enthusiast should get here at least once.
