The Stapeler Moor is a former nature reserve in the Lower Saxon community of Uplengen in the district of Leer.

The nature reserve, marked NSG WE 143, was 557 hectares in size. It was almost entirely part of the "Lengener Meer, Stapeler Moor, Basenmeers-Moor" FFH area and bordered on the "Lengener Meer" nature reserve in the north, on the "Spolsener Moor" nature reserve in the east and on the "Stapeler Moor" nature reserve in the south South and Little Bull Sea". The area has been under nature protection since September 17, 1983. On September 1, 2016, it became part of the newly designated “Stapeler Moor and Surroundings” nature reserve. The responsible lower nature conservation authority was the district of Leer.

The Stapeler Moor was part of the extensive East Frisian central moors. Until 1997, peat extraction was also permitted in the nature reserve. After peat cutting ended, the area was rewetted and has been regenerating ever since.
