Tips
Oberwanka Beach is a wide sandy bank on a bend of the Rawka River, created as a result of the escarpment being washed out and torn off.The place is part of the Rawka Reserve, and is therefore formally not accessible to tourists, as the reserve covers the riverbed and the area 10 m from the water.Sometimes the police chase away numerous beachgoers. However, you can spread out on the high bank with a view of the kayakers passing by, and then take a walk along the picturesque edge of the Bolimów Landscape Park.
