    The castle of Monticelli d'Ongina - or Rocca Pallavicino-Casali - is a fortified complex, one of the most impressive existing in the plain, located in the historic center of the municipality of Monticelli d'Ongina.
    Built entirely of brick, with the typical structure of Piacenza plain castles, it has a quadrangular plan with an internal courtyard, with four cylindrical towers protruding from the corners, raised above the line of the curtains.
