In the Alt Empordà there are towns that attract visitors from the Girona regions for their peaceful life. Borrassà is one of them, a discreet municipality in the middle of the Empordà plain, despite the great height of the bell tower of the parish church of Sant Andreu, which demands your visit. You may hear this saying from the townspeople: "Borrassà would be good if it weren't for the prior of Lladó". You can rest assured that this character has not been seen around here for several centuries.
