An entire ancient, ruined district, abandoned around 1950, must have been quite industrious and organized, judging by the size and complexity of its buildings: a fascinating and decadent sight.

At first, an imposing four-story building, unsafe and overgrown with vegetation. In the lower part, toward the river, are the remains of a hammer, a workshop for working wrought iron: the structure is still standing, and one can understand the engineering and operation of the machine; at its base, the massive paddle wheel that powered the hammer using the force of the water. Outside, just outside the door, a large stone vat was used to temper the red-hot iron. Next to the stream, an ancient washhouse and an ancient bread oven.
