San Pedro Salavinera is a town in the province of Barcelona that also borders the Bagés and Solsonés regions. Just over four kilometers away is the castle of Boixadors, on a promontory that is almost 850 meters high. There is evidence of its existence since the eleventh century. There are guided tours on the first Sunday of each month, at a price of three euros per person.
