Balanced Rock is a super unique natural landmark within Blackwater Falls State Park. There is an illusion of one rock balancing on another, but this is actually one solid sandstone structure. Being a bit further away from the parking areas than some of the other viewpoints within the park, this is a great spot to find some solitude while out in the woods.
