The waterfall is not signposted. You can turn right at the end of the street and have to go through high grass, where a small trail leads through. Then follow the small path. To get down to the waterfall you have to climb a bit.

The "Hidden Waterfall" (Cascada Escondida) is a popular destination for hikers who venture beyond the well-known Salto del Mico viewpoint.
Start in the town center of
Barichara and head southwest towards the Salto del Mico viewpoint. From the viewpoint, a narrow, unmarked path continues south through tall grass and distinctive, mushroom-shaped rock formations.
After a short descent through dense bush, you will reach the cascades, which plunge into a natural pool.
