The Landgrave Elizabeth monument is a portrait bust and a cultural monument in Bad Homburg before the height in Hesse. Elisabeth of Great Britain, Ireland and Hanover (1770-1840), due to her marriage Landgravine of Hesse-Homburg, acquired high esteem as patron of the citizens and the city of Homburg, so that Victoria Empress Friedrich (1840-1901) the establishment of a monument inspired her great-aunt. Her son Kaiser Wilhelm II fulfilled the wish, but only after Victoria's death. The revelation by him and his uncle, the British King Edward VII.
