Don't follow navigation and signs which bring you to the route from north: it is almost impossible to cycle there. follow this along the wadi. It is all dirt road but easy ride. Only two short steep ramp.
I didn't manage to cycle the last 4km because the road was flooded.
Plenty of good camping spots and ponds for a splash.
At the beginning of the path there is a small hamlet with a restaurant and a shop. Opposite public toilets with shower: enjoy
