The Ahnepark is a beautifully landscaped park. There is a good restaurant right on the lake and a great playground for children that leaves nothing to be desired - there is also a place to "throw baskets". In the summer months there is even a small train that you can take a ride on.

The Ahnepark leisure facility was created in 1983. Areas previously used for agriculture were redesigned with ponds, squares, pavilions and a café. The historic tree population should be preserved.
The works of art in the Ahnepark all have in common that they were created directly on site. Sculptors have already been invited seven times to work on their works of art for around six weeks.
