The Zinnbach collector memorial stone is near the Timpermühle. On October 7, 1986, the Zinnbach collector was handed over to his mission to protect the pearl mussels living in the Zinnbach from further nutrient input and to ensure their continued existence. To mark the significance of this measure, a memorial stone made of light-colored Selber granite was erected, which bears a brass plaque with the inscription "Zinnbach collector - construction measure for species protection 1985 - 1986" and various coats of arms. In 1987 another metal plaque was attached to commemorate Arno Ritter from Roßbach, who "was the first to develop proposals to keep the Zinnbach clean and thus to save the pearl mussel".

This is a project for the salvation of the freshwater pearl mussel, which unfortunately is less and less common.
