Monument Description:
As an architectural accent in the center of Neuwerk at the confluence of the Liebfrauenstraße in the Dünner Straße.
The object is a two-storey Rauhputzbau on a low basement pedestal with a developed Mansardwalmdach. The building was built in 1905/1907 by the building authority of the municipality Neuwerk in forms influenced by the Art Nouveau, eaves arranged along the Liebfrauenstraße and extended at the narrow side facing away from the Dünner Straße to the adjacent garden by a two and a half storey with adjoining front end adjoining wings angularly.
