The Grünbach, which is connected to the larger "Creusen" stream, leaves behind a long row of small ponds, some of which still have trees, creating an unusual but beautiful sight. Perhaps hence the name Devil's Trench?
The path leading along there can almost be described as a forest motorway and, with appropriately puncture-proof tires, can also be used very well with thin racing bike wheels. :-)
