The Peter airstrip is a grassy glade on the slope of Straška gora, which is used by paragliders for their take-off. It is a hill dotted with vineyards, so the paths to the top are also scenic. Along the way, we have beautiful views of Dolenjska, from Trška gora, Nové mesto and Gorjanci, and from the top, because of the trees, the view is directed to the valley of the Krka river, towards Dolenjski Toplice and Kočevske Rog.
