At the glacier we were all alone, because hardly anyone wanders into this side valley. On the first picture you can see a rock that says "NVE 06". So here was the glacier in November 2006. Currently the glacier tongue is about 500 m further back. It's good to see how the glaciers are retreating due to global warming.
