Parkrun is a fun and friendly free 5km run. It's on every Saturday at 9:30 here and at loads of other locations around the world.
The Montrose Parkrun is a single 5km loop. It's entirely off road and although it follows mainly surfaced trails some bits can get muddy.
It's run and marshalled by volunteers so say thanks and consider volunteering occasionally at your local Parkrun.
After the Montrose event runners head for a social post run coffee at the Charleton Fruit Farm cafe.
