The traditional Greetsiel cutter parade is organized every year by the Greetsiel fishermen and the Greetsiel and Surrounding Area Tourist Association and marks the end of the crab week. Most of the 25 crab cutters from Greetsiel take part in this event. For their trip on the high seas, the cutters are decorated with colorful flags by their captains. All visitors are welcome to this special excursion and can buy tickets.
