Rounded peak covered with pebbles and with some straightened stone slabs. Good view, similar to that of the summit of the Coma del Clot, especially on the Noucreus and Vaca peaks. We leave a path that descends steeply, to the right (SW), towards the Pic de la Pala, which has some white quartz rocks, and further down, we need to the Pic de l'Àliga (2425 m), where we will find a path that , making loops, will take us to the Pic de l'Àliga hostel, in 45 minutes. We go down the inherited back of the ridge, towards the S/SSE, in a strong and short descent.

The path from the Pic de l'Aliga to the summit of the Puig de Fontnegra is recommended, not particularly demanding but you have a great view and it is not as crowded as the lower first peak.

It is a peak to go to the top of the Eagle and the Nuría Valley
