Austro-Hungarian observatory of the Great War with multiple windows, dug into the rock of a wall overlooking the Val d'Astico, in a strategic position: from here you could observe the Cengio slope, the Arsiero basin, the Summano; a real thorn in the side, well hidden and difficult to locate, for the Italian army.You go down some steep steps which can be slippery, but a rope helps the descent and ascent; the tunnel is very humid; if it rained, the water drips everywhere creating puddles.
