View of Mantiel and the Entrepeñas Reservoir

Mantiel is a small municipality in the province of Guadalajara. In its town center there is a beautiful hermitage and an old public laundry. It also has a tavern.

This small town is located near the bed of one of the most important tributaries of the Tagus River, at the gate to the Sierra de Umbría Negra.

It was once famous for its baths, of which today only the old building remains, but it still preserves the flavor and freshness of the nature that surrounds it, and some landscapes to recreate the view, as well as some beautiful fountains from the s. XVIII.

Mantiel is a Spanish municipality and town in the province of Guadalajara, in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha. The term has a population of 31 inhabitants.
