The Radzymin Sanctuary of Saint John Paul II is a votive offering of thanksgiving for the Polish victory in the Battle of Warsaw and for the great Pole - John Paul II.

Radzymin is a special place - on the map of Poland, but also in Polish history. It was here in 1920 - the famous Battle of Warsaw, held in the Radzymin fields near the capital, the famous Miracle on the Vistula. Thanks to the victory, Marshal Piłsudski's army of Poland stopped the Bolshevik march, thus saving Polish independence and protecting Europe from the flood of communism.

The Battle of Warsaw was so spectacular that to this day it is considered one of the most decisive battles in the history of the world.

Today, from the roof of the new temple in Radzymin, there is a view of the battlefields. This historic place is full of sublime, patriotic and Christian symbols.
