The Broekhuizerweg leads from Leersum past Broekhuizen Castle, a spacious country house that was built in 1796 on a spot where another country house previously stood. The road changes into the Langbroekerweg which, as the name suggests, leads to Langbroek. The roads are in a wooded area and it is beautiful cycling. There is only one but: There is more car traffic here than you would expect given this is a fairly remote area. Moreover, the motorists drive very fast here. So watch out.
