The building was erected with a rectangular floor plan in 1696 and was renovated at the end of the 18th century.[2][3] Other information indicates that a previous building from before the Reformation was demolished in 1802 and replaced in 1803 by the building that still exists today.[4] The east closure has just been completed. To the west of the nave is the square church tower, newly built in 1902, in which Romanesque spoils were used. There is a capital and an impost with a chessboard frieze. At the same time, a polygonal vestibule was added to the south-west corner of the nave. Above the entrance to the porch is the inscription: If God is for us, who may be against us.

The church tower was renovated in 1998, but at the same time the dilapidated roof of the nave had to be removed. The equipment and the church organ were stored in Ostrava.

The interior of the church was covered with a wooden barrel ceiling. There was a horseshoe gallery. The furnishings came from the period of reconstruction at the end of the 18th century. In the church there was a pulpit altar with Corinthian columns, two choir stalls, a chalice-shaped baptismal font and an organ case. In 1806/1807 an organ created by Johann Gottfried Krug was installed in the church. The organ, which was rebuilt between 1840 and 1850, has 17 registers.[5] The double-belted magazine bellows is still in place on the second floor of the tower.

The church tower carries a valuable peal of two bells, cast in 1505 (large) and 1570 (small) with the nominals f# and g#. Both hang today, hand-belled, on straight wooden yokes in a bolted steel bell chair, which is designed in two parts. The bells ring across the direction of the nave.

Unfortunately, I don't know whether the tower is still accessible, but the ruins of the ship are mystical.
