The majestic Klamath River is the second largest river in California after the Sacramento River. Over 257 miles, it flows through Oregon and northern California into the Pacific Ocean. It is an important river for fish migration like salmon. What's very special in terms of rivers: The Klamath River has its source in the high desert and flows towards the mountains of the Cascade Range and Klamath Mountains.
