Just a short drive from Hjerkinn, Dombås, Folldal and Oppdal, Hageseter is a popular stop and one that should be booked well in advance. It's a good base for adventures in the Dovrefjell range. You can also hike to the Rondane mountains from here, though you may need a few days.
