You walk a long way along a single trail through the nature reserve, but the trail was very well maintained and accessible except for one thin tree trunk. I had to push my fully loaded touring bike, but otherwise it is probably also rideable with a mountain bike or gravel bike. And the spot is great for a lunch break, I enjoyed the sun and cooled my feet, but it was quite windy. And even though it seems secluded, people do come by. Because of the nature reserve, it is not a place to stay overnight
