Schwarzenfeld Castle is a castle in the market town of Schwarzenfeld and was the seat of the Counts of Holnstein from Bavaria. In 1995 it was sold to the private individuals Christine Dobler née Hirmer and Hans Dobler from Nabburg. They had the castle completely gutted, renovated and expanded into a conference hotel, which opened in 1996. The service wing was replaced by a similar demolition. The conference hotel bears the name Hotel Schloss Schwarzenfeld.
