Mountain biking
Brensdorf is located on the Waldnaabtal/Naabtal cycle path from Bärnau to Regensburg.
North of Brensdorf is the railway bridge built at the beginning of the 20th century on the Nabburg–Schönsee railway line, three arches in concrete construction and a steel lattice construction over the Naab. Today there is a cycle path on the old railway line, which is part of the Bavarian-Bohemian Friendship Path.
