Totally unexpected I found a sandy beach with a great view almost like at sea in 2018. A year later I learned that this sandy beach is well-known among hikers who are familiar with the northern part of Kungsleden. It' an ideal place to refresh in the lake.
It is not far away from the Abiskojaurestugorna cottages, just take the small path to the north.
