Using the MTB to go around historic centers, where there are even exceptional differences in height, is beautiful. I recommend always trying to walk around the alleys (in the case of Teggiano they are called "carrare"), if you come across stairs just go down. Today, which is Sunday, there was a heavenly smell of sauce with meat for macaroni and in the square there was the market and even some foreigners, enraptured by the atmosphere of times gone by and the beautiful views of the Vallo di Diano (name medieval town of Teggiano). Every time I look out from the Portello (Piazza Portello) or from the Villa (Parco della Rimembranza) I have the feeling of having arrived in Olympus...
