Construction of the XV century also known as Castillo de Gahete because that was the previous name of the town in which it is located. But the beauty of its fortress ended up changing the name. The keep is amazing, disproportionate with its 47 m height, which makes it the tallest of its kind in the Iberian Peninsula. Despite its degree of protection, it is not in a very good state of conservation.
