Reedy Creek flows into the lake and the preserve is home to more than 1,000 species of plants and animals. You can enjoy the view over the lake at a picnic table, before you hike on to enjoy the quiet lovely nature so close to the busy Disney theme park. The Walt Disney Company provided funds for the restoration of these wetlands.
