The Bear Creek Trail makes for an entertaining hike that gets quite busy during peak season. There are plenty of great picnic and wild swimming spots along the creek. Meanwhile, there's much fun to be had on the smooth rocks on the trail. As ever with Bitterroot's Canyons, there's spectacular scenery and jagged mountain walls too.
