The original small Romanesque chapel in the walled-in church cemetery was rebuilt in 1604 into a hall church with a slightly retracted chancel. There is a half-timbered addition to the choir. The broad, south-facing church tower in the west has a small bricked-in relief with a crucifix. The church was already rebuilt in 1604, as indicated on the south door. In 1862 the church tower was reinforced with short buttresses (Wiki).
