On the edge of the beautiful old town of Oneglia with some nice streets and squares (with pedestrian zones) there is a "promenade" with many restaurants at the port. Unfortunately, the surface is dull gray without any green! The flashy luxury yachts are also annoying! Nevertheless, there are (still) some old fishing boats here. At times there is even a nice place to eat and drink.
