From the 1950s he undertook the decoration of the facade, for about 30 years and following a handicap only with the left hand.
Listed in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments since 1984, the house was restored in 2012 and now houses a cultural bar, open in the evenings from Wednesday to Saturday.
