Tips
The north ramp is rather tame with a good 500 meters in altitude, the climb from the canton of Vaud demands considerably more with almost 1,000 meters to be overcome. Both sides are very scenic, the road is excellent throughout, the maximum gradient hardly exceeds the 10% mark.
