This lighthouse is considered one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic Sea. The experience will be unforgettable! According to legend, the thick lighthouse walls contain thousands of eggs to make them more wind- and sea-resistant. Additionally, they protect you from the sun during the summer months. The island of Dugi Otok has many attractions and is also considered a pearl of the Adriatic Sea.

The Kastelina fortress stands proudly on the edge of the southeastern shore of Vir, in Kozjak Bay. It was built at the beginning of the 17th century to protect against attacks by the Ottomans.
Today it is a popular photo subject. If you follow the road further towards Vir, there is a parking lot. From there, a footpath leads to the ruins.
