Tennskjær (pronounced [tennscha]) is a former fishing village on the Malangsfjord with beautiful mountains and also some forest. Everyone who likes peace and nature is in good hands here. There are apartments, private rooms and also mobile home pitches.
The next largest city is Finnsnes, and the second largest Norwegian island, Senja, is also definitely worth a visit.
Tromsø is about 2 1/2 hours away by car or 45 minutes by ferry. (The drive by car is breathtakingly beautiful!)
