The parish church of Xerta (Baix Ebre). Next to the door there is a brick reproduction that represents a staff gauge, where the water levels that the Ebro river has reached in the various floods that Xerta has suffered since 1617 are reproduced. During the civil war, the building was saved from the widespread burning of churches, but not their old side altars and the outstanding baroque altarpiece of the main altar, which were uprooted and burned in the Plaza Mayor.
